Product Introduction
This is a new-generation energy-saving coating that integrates reflection, radiation, thermal insulation, waterproofing, and decorative effects into one. It is composed of ultra-low thermal conductivity hollow microspheres, nano carbon tubes with excellent electromagnetic shielding properties, nitrides, metal oxides, and various thermal reflective and emissive materials, along with performance-enhancing additives.
This thin-layer coating not only provides an effective cooling effect but also exhibits excellent water resistance, self-cleaning, mildew resistance, and anti-corrosion properties. The coating forms a smooth and hydrophobic surface after application, with outstanding decorative performance. Instructions for Use
1. Do not apply during rainy or snowy weather.
2. Application methods: Spray or brush. For a 1.0 mm waterproof film thickness, the theoretical coverage is approximately 1.5 kg/m².
3. Single-component formulation: Stir thoroughly after opening the lid before application.
Application Process
1. Can be applied by spraying or rolling.
2. Ensure the substrate is clean, firm, and free from dust or oil. For rusted metal surfaces (e.g., steel roofs), remove rust manually or treat with rust converter before applying the coating. For large cracks or leaks, repair first; small cracks may be directly coated.
3. On cement surfaces, rinse with water and ensure no standing water remains. If the surface is loose or sandy, use a primer to strengthen it.
4. Recommended: Apply at least two thin coats. Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
5. Avoid application under high temperatures; early morning or evening is preferred.
6. Keep the coating protected from rain until fully dried.
